This webinar features three emerging professionals sharing key learnings gathered as they build careers in digital health. Join us for an inside look at the digital health ecosystem with applicable tips for graduates, new Canadians, or anyone starting out in a digital health, data management, or health informatics career. Presented by Digital Health Canada's Mark Casselman (Chief Executive Officer); Nickiesha Linton( Manager, Education); Dino Falvo (Director, Membership); and Caitlin Ritter (Member Engagement Coordinator), with special guests Andrew Schroen, Diana Dini, and Naima Salemohamed.

Andrew Schroen is a health informatics professional on Deloitte’s Digital Care team focusing on large-scale Clinical Information System (CIS) implementations and clinical transformations for hospital systems. He possesses over nine years of professional experience in academic, healthcare consulting and clinical systems focusing on leveraging digital health solutions to drive change and improve health outcomes. As a health informatician, Andrew liaises with multiple teams and stakeholders to manage and provider oversight of project planning and change management processes at the project and organizational level. 

Diana Dini is Project Coordinator of Digital Learning at Toronto's Humber River Hospital. As an active Digital Health Canada volunteer, Diana was instrumental in the creation of Digital Health Canada's Virtual Care Certificate, coordinating with multiple subject matter experts to record and deliver course content. 

Naima SalemohamedManagement Consultant at Accenture, has over 7 years of experience in the Health Informatics industry and has worked on projects ranging from home health monitoring to electronic medical record data migrations, and more recently has been involved in COVID-19 work. She completed her undergrad in Health Information Science in the University of Victoria and her MSc at the University of Toronto. She is actively involved in Digital Health Canada initiatives and has a strong passion for networking and building strong relationships. In her personal life, she is an avid foodie and enjoys lots of outdoor time living on the Westcoast.
