Patricia has been informing data-based strategy, decisions, and improvement in healthcare for 25 years. Currently a Manager in Health Workforce information at the Canadian Institute for Health Care Information, she has significant experience managing pan-Canadian health care databases, including the development of, and alignment to, data standards, as well as and all technical and integration aspects. She has extensive experience in program evaluation and improvement in health care. Patricia holds Graduate degrees in Business Administration and in Healthcare Administration, as well as various other certificates including health care quality and safety, patient experience, risk management, change management and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Patricia is also currently the Board Vice-President of a regional health planning entity.
