Healthcare did not evolve in a world of abundance. When demand exceeds capacity, bottlenecks appear, and they cascade. Much of modern healthcare is spent managing scarcity, not delivering care. What if scarcity is no longer the right design assumption?
Capacity isn’t only headcount and infrastructure, it’s also time and attention. What could our health system look like if we used AI to create more capacity? What if we doubled healthcare capacity?
In this webinar, Dr. Simon Kos and Dr. Paul Hacker explore what a higher-capacity health system could mean for key outcomes in the Canadian context, and how leaders can approach AI in a way that supports clinicians while keeping care human.
