Innowell is focused on transforming the way the world approaches mental health and addictions. We have developed a data-driven platform for mental health and addiction clients in individual clinical settings, hospitals and larger health systems. The Innowell platform provides personalized, measurement-based care, equipping clinicians with a decision support system that enables informed clinical decision-making and allows patients to be more engaged in their mental health care – all backed by over fifteen (15) years of comprehensive research and clinical validation at the Brain and Mind Centre at the University of Sydney.  Quantitative and qualitative data supports the utilization of technology in the clinical setting to improve the individualized care pathways for clients and patients.  Utilizing an emental health platform allows for a better use of our health human resources and incorporates models of care that support clients in receiving the best care at the right time with the right level of intervention.

Learning Objectives:

1. Personalized care using technology to provide real time MHA monitoring

2. Proactive decision-making using Measurement Based Care

Presented by:

Heather Lumley RP, MA (psychology), CHE

Heather has over twenty years of clinical mental health and addictions experience working as a visionary leader, executive and clinician in the mental healthcare sector. Heather is a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario and completed her Master of Arts (psychology) at Antioch University Seattle.  Heather completed her certification to become a Certified Health Executive with the Canadian College of Health Leaders in 2021.  Heather trained in Organizational and Behavioural Coaching Systems (ORCS) to bring theory to practice when building and implementing change at the individual and organizational level.  Heather completed several leadership courses at Ivey School of Business and Rotman School of Management Executive Programs. Her difference from other leaders’ rests in her experience in clinical service delivery, system level design and developing policy/practices that are embedded in logic, are fiscally responsible and meet the needs of communities to solve the gap in mental health and addiction services.  Heather’s journey into the mental health space is based in her belief that we can augment direct clinical care with digital technologies that support the best outcomes for patients and clients.
