Bayshore HealthCare is a trusted leader in Canadian home and community care with close to 60 years experience. Each year, our 18,000 staff across Canada provide healthcare services to more than 350,000 clients. We believe incumbent organizations need to invest in interoperability to drive the convergence of care and technology to ensure a connected ecosystem evolves outside the hospital. In combining clinical excellence with digital transformation, Bayshore is delivering solutions for aging in place, treating chronic diseases, and developing innovative care models to help patients transition from hospital to home.
