Webinar Wednesday - AI/ML for Healthcare Research

Healthcare has been a top priority of Google for many years. Google Cloud is working to advance healthcare research at scale, and empower everyone in healthcare organizations to innovate and transform with Google Cloud’s solutions for healthcare sciences. This session is an introduction to Google Cloud AI/ML ecosystem for healthcare research. It will cover end-to-end healthcare research from ingesting healthcare data in their raw format to extracting insights from data at scale securely and compliantly using Google Cloud’s Healthcare API, BigQuery, and Vertex AI.

Presented by:

Samira Ahmadi is a Customer Engineer on the Canadian Public Sector, Healthcare, and Higher Education team at Google Cloud. In that capacity, she is primarily focused on helping Canadian healthcare and research customers adopt Google Cloud’s AI and data analytics technologies. Samira holds a Ph.D. in Biomechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba. Following the completion of her Ph.D., she joined the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa for a postdoctoral fellowship. Before joining Google, Samira was a data scientist at Advanced Symbolics.
