This webinar will focus on the experiences to leverage AI within BC Healthcare. PHSA/MOH had deployed a digital assistant (chatbot) as a result of COVID-19 pandemic. Utilized the tool to support and engage citizens. We have since expanded the chatbot with functionality to offset legacy IVR systems/call centres by introducing a chatbot with live agent handoff.

Tiffany Chui is the Senior Project Manager in the Provincial eHealth Delivery team at Provincial Health Services Authority in Vancouver, BC. Tiffany holds an MBA and is a PMP designated healthcare project management professional. Tiffany has over 15 years of experience working on healthcare initiatives including eHealth and digital health implementations. Most recently has directed the implementation of the BC COVID-19 chatbot and working with Ministry of Health regarding expansion for chatbot and use of Artificial Intelligence within the health authorities.
Andy French is a data and AI professional with 20 years of assisting organizations to use analytics and AI to drive business-impact. In the past several years, Andy has been focusing on conversational AI platforms as a digital channel for organizations to provide enhanced citizen experience. He has 20 years leading analytics and data strategies, building analytic capabilities, and technology implementation. Andy brings proven project management discipline coupled with strong business analysis skills, understanding of data, data architecture, and system expertise to any role he undertakes.
