In this session, AlayaCare’s Senior Director of Client Services Canada, Aleem Bhanji, and CBI Health’s SVP of Health Partnerships and Transformation, Feisal Keshavjee, will share some post-pandemic lessons and perspectives for the home and community care sector in Canada.

COVID-19 has been described as a metaphorical “PET scanner” for the entire healthcare system – just as a PET Scan is a powerful diagnostic that helps illuminate the malfunction of vital tissues and organs, the pandemic very clearly exposed the most dysfunctional parts of the health care system. Specifically, what stood out was the considerable need for integration across the care continuum and the importance of inclusiveness and individualized care in the home and community sector.

This session will focus on the importance of these three criteria and some real world examples of the role meaningful technology partnerships can play to enable and empower home and community care organizations to achieve a more integrated, inclusive and individualized health care system.

Presented by:
