Amazon Web Services presents Cybersecurity Awareness Month

Improve your security posture by moving to the cloud

November 4th, 2021 12:00 – 1:00pm EST (9am PST, 10am MST, 11am CST)

According to Health It Security, top cloud concerns in healthcare include data security, network reliability, and total cost of ownership. A closer look reveals that while the perceived lack of security is sometimes seen as an impediment, in reality it can be one of the most compelling reasons to move to cloud.  Accenture research shows that up to 60% of healthcare CIOs and CISOs recognize the security benefits of the public cloud—and over 66% are in the process of shifting to cloud services. Additionally Canadian hospital executives are increasingly looking to modernize and look for enterprise efficiencies in preparation for a post COVID world.

Join Accenture, AWS and Joseph Brant Hospital on November 4, in a fireside chat as we discuss why traditional security policies are barriers in moving to the cloud, building a security, governance, and compliance strategy for the cloud, and how to build cloud security capabilities internally.
