The health care system in Nova Scotia is facing significant challenges that require changes in how health-related services are managed and delivered. The One Person Team has begun the pre-readiness work to understand the complex needs and requirements of clinicians for a modern, integrated Clinical Information System. The three key pre-readiness activities that will be discussed include Building Branches, Essential Data Standards and Clinical Standardization.
