Today, healthcare organizations face even more complex challenges and barriers in their mission to deliver on the Quadruple Aim. And, over the past year Canadian citizens have become more experienced digital consumers through access to virtual care, retail health and wellness offerings, and expanded access to health and care in non-traditional settings. New points of convergence between retail and health service delivery are emerging quickly.
